We pick it up from the lot, carry it in, set it straight in the stand, and come back for it in January. You don't lift a thing.

How it works

  1. You pick, or we pick.

    Buy the tree you love at any lot in Edmond or North OKC and leave it there with our tag on it. Or go White Glove: tell us what you want and we'll choose it and buy it for you.

  2. We deliver and set it up.

    We bring it to your door during your window and carry it inside. With Setup, we also give the trunk a fresh cut, set it straight in your stand, water it, and sweep up.

  3. We take it down in January.

    January 2 to 12, we come back, carry it out, sweep the needles, and haul it away. Included with Full Season and White Glove.

Two ways to get your tree

Most people pick their own. Some would rather never leave the couch. Both work. Here is exactly what happens with each, step by step.

You pick your tree. We do the rest.

  1. Book your package here and pay your deposit.

    That reserves your delivery date and window.

  2. Go to any Christmas tree lot in Edmond or North OKC and buy the tree you love.

    Any lot. You pay the lot directly, the same as always.

  3. Ask the lot to put a tag on it that says "THE TREE BUTLER PICKUP" with your last name and phone number.

    Then leave the tree at the lot. You do not need to carry it or put it in your car. Just walk away.

  4. Text us a photo of the tag and the lot's name by noon on your delivery day.

    That's how we know which tree is yours and where to find it.

  5. We pick it up from the lot and deliver it to your home during your window.

    We text you when we're on the way.

White Glove. We pick for you.

The White Glove package. You never leave the house.

You tell us exactly what you want: tree type, height, fullness, budget, and any notes. We go to the lot, choose a fresh, straight, full tree that matches, buy it, and deliver it. Full setup and January takedown are included.

The tree is billed separately. We send you an invoice for it before we buy it, along with the lot receipt, so there are no surprises.

What you'll tell us:

  • Tree type (Fraser fir, Noble fir, Douglas fir, Nordmann fir, Scotch pine, or "not sure, you choose")
  • Height, from 6 feet up to 12 feet
  • Fullness: slim, classic, or extra full
  • Your budget for the tree itself
  • Anything else: a gap in the back for the wall, a tall tip for the star, pets who chew

Questions people ask

Do I need to be home?

Yes, for delivery and setup. Someone over 18 needs to let us in and point to the spot. We text you when we're on the way so you're not waiting by the window.

What if the lot won't hold my tagged tree?

Meet us at the lot during your window, point to your tree, and we'll load it and follow you home. Same price.

I don't have a stand. What do I do?

Add "We bring a stand" when you book (+$50). You keep the stand. If you'd rather buy your own, have it ready before we arrive.

How does the deposit work?

Your deposit holds your date and counts toward the total. The balance is due after setup. The early bird $25 comes off the balance, not the deposit.

When exactly do you take the tree down?

January 2 to 12. We text in late December to pick a day. We carry it out, sweep the needles, and haul it away. Takedown is included with Full Season and White Glove.

How does White Glove pricing work?

The package is $297, and the tree itself is extra. We text you the tree's price for a quick OK before we buy it and send a separate invoice with the lot receipt.

Can you come outside the listed zip codes?

Yes. A $50 travel fee is added to your balance. The booking form tells you right away if your zip is outside the list.

How big a tree can you handle?

Up to 12 feet. Trees over 9 feet are a +$50 add-on. Make sure your ceiling and your doorway agree with you.

What if I need to change my date?

Text us. If we have room in another window, we'll move you, no charge.
